Refund policy

You can return your All Hail garment at your own cost for exchange or refund within 14 days of online purchase. The items must be returned unworn, unwashed, complete with original swing tag and packaging, and accompanied by the original All Hail sales receipt & a returns slip filled out.

Sale or discount items can only be returned if faulty.

 

Shipping & handling charges (if applicable) are only refundable if the original item is faulty or the item you receive is different to your order and can't be replaced.

Refunds will only be made to the card used for your original purchase.

 

If you're after an exchange item, email info@allhail.co asap to reserve another item.

 

Damaged, altered, dirty or worn garments will not be exchanged or refunded.

 

All Hail takes no responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit while being returned.
